Who Can Apply
Eligibility
- Currently enrolled or accepted into an accredited institution of higher education
- Demonstrated academic achievement and commitment to learning
- Active involvement in community service or extracurricular activities
- Financial need as determined by the application process
- Resident of an underserved community (Tulsa area priority, but not limited to)
